At NuGlowSkin, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide genuine Nu Skin products and excellent customer service.

Change of Mind Returns

Unopened and resalable products may be eligible for a refund if:

The product is returned within 12 months of the original purchase date; The product remains unopened, unused, and in resalable condition; The product is returned at the customer’s expense.

Eligible returns may receive a refund of up to 90% of the original purchase price, in accordance with the applicable Nu Skin return policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

Your order number; A description of the issue; Photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

Opened or used products;
Products not in resalable condition;
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling;
Products returned outside the applicable return period.

Refund Processing

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Beauty devices and promotional bundles may be subject to specific return conditions. Please contact us before returning these items.
